The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the cable car, providing easy access to the Ciampedie pistes. This makes it convenient who want to enjoy the magnificent mountains and indulge in skiing or hiking activities. the rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. the friendly and charming staff offer excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options to start the day off right.
Some non-Italian guests found it slightly challenging to find certain spots recommended by the hotel staff due to limited instructions provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with cozy surroundings and a strong sense of home. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I even received a free upgrade to a huge room. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the magnificent mountains and easy access to the cable car that takes you to the Ciampedie pistes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with magnificent mountains and a cable car just a stone's throw away. We were able to easily access the Ciampedie pistes and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and other commercial services readily available. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel amenities were also impressive, with a spa & wellness center offering various treatments and a sun terrace where we could relax and unwind. we were extremely satisfied with our experience here.

Great breakfast and supper. Superb kids club and day trips service for children.Comfortable and clean rooms with a spa bath.
Weak WiFi signal. There is no swimming pool.

The hotel was perfect for our family. the room was spacious and decorated beautifully. the location was great as we were only a short walk away from the ski lift and the kids loved the playroom. the breakfast and dinner was delightful, it was great to experience different local foods every day. the best part was the helpful staff, they washed our kid's jacket when he dirtied it and booked our trips hassle-free.
Our only issue was that dinner started quite late so we couldn't eat with the children. We asked to have dinner for the kids at 6pm and we would then have dinner later at 7.30pm.
